Super Eagles Camp Opens In Kigali On 16th March

Nigeria’s Super Eagles will kick off their camp for the two 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe on Sunday, 16th March in Kigali.

Head Coach Eric Chelle is expected to announce a 23-man squad selected from a provisional list of 39 players later this week. The squad will feature several new faces as they prepare for the upcoming qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

Currently sitting in fifth place with three points from four matches, Nigeria will begin their World Cup qualification campaign on 21st March against Rwanda, before hosting Zimbabwe four days later at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

Both matches are crucial for the three-time African champions, who will be aiming for victories to boost their qualification hopes.
