The Acting Coordinator of the Commission, Barrister Rashidat Muhammad, said the visit was part of activities marking the 2025 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, themed “Unite to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls.” She noted that digital violence such as cyberstalking, online harassment, hate speech, and the non-consensual sharing of intimate content is becoming a major threat to the safety and dignity of women and girls. According to her, law enforcement must play a central role in addressing these emerging crimes. In response, CP Ahmed Musa commended the Commission for its outreach and assured them.
